Description

This training course is intended for all airline Supervisors and Managers, it provides training on the Quality Management Systems and key skills needed to be familiar with quality standards and deal with common quality systems, knowledge, skills, policies as well as procedures.

Apply the quality management concepts in the company.

Develop and implement a quality management system.

Increase safety, service excellence and efficiency in airline companies operations.

Develop and implement an IOSA, ISO and ISAGO standards as an organized approach to managing quality.

Certificate awarded

An IY- Yemenia Training Center (YTC) Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
